IP Address Check: If your IP address is significantly distant from your credit card's billing address, the bank may flag the transaction as high risk and decline it.

Q2: Why is my payment pending after I’ve paid?

If your payment status remains "pending," it may not have been processed successfully. Please follow these steps:


Check your credit card statement to confirm if the payment has been debited.

Once payment is successfully processed, the order status will change to “paid.”

If payment is debited but the status remains “pending,” please contact our 24-hour customer service via email. We will respond promptly to resolve the issue.
